Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
ANITA TECHNOLOGY LTD ("we", "us", "our") publishes the mobile game VEYLAR: Rise of Shadows (the "Game") and operates this website, veylargame.com. We are the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy.
27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom
Email: anitatechnology2026@anitatechnology.com
2. What we collect when you play
| Data | Details |
|---|---|
| Account and profile | A player ID created when you first open the Game (as a guest), your display name, avatar, profile frame and card back, level, and an optional link to your Google account. |
| Game progress | Inventory, decks, match results, rankings, campaign progress, daily-reward status, and your balances of the in-game currencies (gems and chips). |
| Google sign-in (optional) | If you sign in with or link a Google account, Google gives us your Google account identifier, your name and your email address. We never see your Google password. |
| Purchases | A record of each purchase: the product, the time and the purchase token Google Play gives us so we can confirm that the purchase is genuine. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your card or bank details. |
| Chat and multiplayer | Text messages you send in the Game, and your actions in multiplayer matches. |
| Technical data | Our servers record your IP address, connection times and the app version, to run the service, prevent abuse and fix problems. |
What we do not collect: your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera recordings, or an advertising ID. The Game has no advertising and no third-party analytics.
3. Our website
When you visit veylargame.com our web server records your IP address, the pages you request and the time (a standard server log, kept for about two weeks). The website does not use cookies or analytics. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page opens; see Google's privacy policy for how it handles that.
4. How and why we use your data
- To provide the Game (contract): create and keep your account, run matches and chat, store your progress, deliver what you buy and give you the daily reward.
- To process and protect purchases (contract and legitimate interests): confirm purchases with Google Play, stop the same purchase from being used twice, and detect fraud.
- To keep the Game fair and safe (legitimate interests): detect cheating, filter abusive chat, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and secure our servers.
- To give support (legitimate interests): answer your questions and fix problems.
- To meet legal duties (legal obligation): for example accounting and tax records.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Who we share data with
- Google provides Google Play (purchases) and Google Sign-In. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) hosts our servers and acts on our instructions as our processor.
- Other players can see your display name, avatar, frame, level, your actions in a shared match and the chat messages you send there.
- Authorities and advisers, only when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Our servers and Google's services may process data outside the country where you live, including outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Account, profile and game data: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we do so within 30 days.
- Purchase records: up to six years, because we must keep accounting records.
- Server logs: about two weeks.
8. Security
The Game and this website use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our servers is limited and protected by strong credentials. No online service can be perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Game is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If we learn that a person under 18 has an account, we will delete it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR) you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent you gave us. To use any of these rights, write to anitatechnology2026@anitatechnology.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
11. Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. The steps are on our Delete your account page.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is important we will also tell players inside the Game.
