Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your VEYLAR: Rise of Shadows account and the data linked to it. It takes three steps:
- Send an email to anitatechnology2026@anitatechnology.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Write your in-game player name. If you signed in with Google, send the email from the same Google address so we can confirm it is you.
- We reply to confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your player profile, display name, avatar and level
- Your progress, inventory, decks, rankings and balances of gems and chips
- Chat messages linked to your account
- The Google account identifier, name and email address we stored if you signed in with Google
What we may keep
Purchase records that we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons (for up to six years). They are kept apart from your profile and used only for that purpose.
Please note: deleting an account cannot be undone. Gems, chips and items on a deleted account are lost and are not refunded. Purchases made through Google Play can be managed in your Google Play account.
